What did you get your pet for Christmas?

I was hoping to get a male chocolate lab pup to chase the cats around. We had dogs when we got these cats but haven't had a dog around in a few years....
My wife doesn't want another dog, but if I brought in another cat she wouldn't complain
Everyone knows that if I die before her, she will sell off all my stuff to become one of those crazy cat women...
