Do used cams have value like lifters?

I guess it depends on how hard they are for cam regrinders to get. I know Ken at Oregon is running short on slant 6 cores for instance, so that drives their prices up from worthless to "a little more". Just as one example. IMO, a factory Chrysler core is worth more, because they are hardened slap to the core center, unlike aftermarket cores. At least that's what Ken says and as someone who grinds cams, he oughtta know.
