Do used cams have value like lifters?

I can't see there being much demand but it can't hurt to try and sell them. Who would take the chance of running an old cam on new lifters? That said cams are pretty expensive these days so you never know. When I bought an Oregon cam the savings from supplying a core wasn't worth the shipping cost. I threw out my old cam and kept the lifters. Perhaps somebody will want those for regrinding.
