Do used cams have value like lifters?

I've got 3 used (well maybe 2) SB cams. Funny they are all about the same as far as I can tell. I cleaned up 1 lobe on each and have identified them to the best of my ability. Anyway I understand having a cam regroup so is there any "value" to these cams? Do people want used cams? Should I bother attempting to find new homes for these?
So what I've got are a Crower Monarch M280H 224/465 110 LSA
A Speed Pro CS178R
222/447 114 LSA
AND A Crane Fireball 300
447 lift but @ .050 between 222-232 with an advertised duration of 300. I couldn't nail it down.
I don't believe the SP cam was used.
Do people want cams to regrind? These all appear to be in usable condition. Any reason I shouldn't put them up for sale?

They might be reusable to the right person. I would look at them closely for wear and damage and get the dial caliper out and measure the lobes for wear and to compare. Measure both edges because there is a slight taper ground into the lobe. Knowing it's good, it might be worth $50-75. Probably cost almost 50 to ship it. If the lobes are worn, it can be used as a core for a regrind but there again, the length and weight may be an issue for shipping. No reason to spend $35-40+ to UPS it across the country if it has no real value. Regrinders may pick up cores at swap meets like other parts vendors do. I know Brewer collects transmissions and Glen Ray collects radiators at swap meets.
