Do used cams have value like lifters?

I've got 3 used (well maybe 2) SB cams. Funny they are all about the same as far as I can tell. I cleaned up 1 lobe on each and have identified them to the best of my ability. Anyway I understand having a cam regroup so is there any "value" to these cams? Do people want used cams? Should I bother attempting to find new homes for these?
So what I've got are a Crower Monarch M280H 224/465 110 LSA
A Speed Pro CS178R
222/447 114 LSA
AND A Crane Fireball 300
447 lift but @ .050 between 222-232 with an advertised duration of 300. I couldn't nail it down.
I don't believe the SP cam was used.
Do people want cams to regrind? These all appear to be in usable condition. Any reason I shouldn't put them up for sale?

Sure used to run them all the time if they look good on taper. New lifters or used with a crown. SP is probably 340 cam at 114 C/L. You can always regrind within reason. Cores are getting hard to come by and expensive.
