Temp sensor question

Good Morning all
I was going out to the man cave to take a pic of the head. When I turned on the lights there it was bold as brass a 1/8 hole for a temp sender.
I WAS looking at a heater hose opening. As this is the first 'peanut head' that I have owned the temp sender was apparently moved to above the #1 exhaust runner, instead of closer to the thermostat housing like the older 'drool tube' style.
Anyway, thanks for putting up with a idiot. I will have to find something else to obcess over.
