Acceptable carbs for the street

I ran two 750 competition chokeless afb's on a maxwedge. Ran well. I have no idea where you'd get some today.
If I had a Hemi, and had to do it today, I'd probably run a couple tunnel ram tuned 750 dp holleys or equivalent specialty holley clone.
