Acceptable carbs for the street

As long as the carbs are reasonably sized for the engine and drivetrain combo, any carb is streetable. To that end, how much street vs track usage in percentage value on what the car is doing as well as how important the ET slip is can weigh towards one side.

If it is mostly street bound, I’d look to the Edelbrock AVS II.
The only problem with an Edelbrock is the gap in available cam. There is a 500, 650, 800, but no 750.
