Kickdown fine tune adjustment
Today, I verified full throttle operation and have the kick down set up properly as @RustyRatRod suggested first. Tomorrow I plan to test drive it.
If the shifts seems soft and a bit early I will adjust the throttle pressure per @RustyRatRod suggested. I bought and received several trans pan gaskets.
Ill go from there.
Working on an unknown but more than likely a stock 1970 904 transmission. I am learning a lot about it’s operation since starting this thread and reading others. I have been traveling so I hadn’t been able to work much on it.
