Acceptable carbs for the street

I appreciate the input from everyone. The car is an all steel '68 Dart, 4.10 geared D60, and 28" tires. It will split duty between track time (not chasing ET/mph) and trips for ice cream. The goal is to have the look, feel & sound of a LO23 while remaining streetable. Nothing is in stone yet - however, I have found a pair of dedicated cross ram carbs (3705SA) that shold fill the bill nicely.
