I agree. A pair of AVS II - 650’s would do well for the street. The engine will not want to rev high between the engine and camshaft size. Primarily annular boosters for nicer driving manors and enough cfm to get it done.
The AVS2 650s were a strong consideration specifically for their reported excellent street manners but I pulled the trigger on the Max Wedge carbs for the old school look under the velocity bells.
