So how do these ignition cables go?

Agree with slantsixdan that Chrysler didn't bother with the two right angle plug wire setup after 64 or so, and that the straight boots worked just fine, but since the OP has such a set, then the answer how to route them is that the two distributor terminals closest to the inner fender get the 90 degree boots. The right angle boots do keep those two wires off the inner fender. On my 63 Valiant convertible with its 64 date coded wires, those two terminals closest to the inner fenders are for the number 1 and number 5 cylinders. Like so:
