Acceptable carbs for the street

What carbs are you more comfortable/experienced at tuning edlebrock holley etc.. ?
I buy a pair that you know well that are sized right.

I have dabbled with all of them and am confident I can get a good tune (AFR meters are your friend!) with whichever I choose but, if not, I know there is a wealth of knowledge here to help me sort it out.
