If you didn't already know, some good news.

Stalantis didn't just throw a gas engine in the Charger at last minute. The new Charger body was designed from the begining for the gas inline turbo 6 and EV both. They just kept the gas engine option quiet and tried to hype up the EV version. Again gas engine is not a new thing for the new Charger. So this isn't a wow they decided to offer a gas engine all the sudden scenario.

Earlier this year they announced that 2024 Chargers would be EV only and 2025 would have the Hemi option. This was a stunt for the EV launch year sales. The Hemi isn't dead yet. It's just going to turn into this crazy expensive option. Like I pointed out, Durango R/T, Durango Hellcat, and Ram 2500 and 3500 are the only ones with a Hemi currently. I ain't gonna look it up but just to get a V8 in one of these is probably a $10k up charge. It will expand to Charger in 2025 so the sky isn't falling, it's getting harder to afford though.
