Acceptable carbs for the street

Someone with a whole lot more experience and time than me should do a study/testing of wet vs dry, Carter vs Edelbrock vs Holley, 500 vs 600 vs 650 vs 750,... etc. Maybe it's been done and I'm just not aware of it? Probably deserves a thread of its own. Anyone?

I’ve done some work on the 600 AFB in modifications. Some still have to be tested. As far as I’m concerned, the airflow ratings are accurate.
