Cold Case Radiator what fan and shroud are you using ?

I purchase a MOP755A radiator from cold case. I also purchased a mopar pn 2998325 fan shroud. They told me either this shroud or a 2785614 shroud would work. I ordered the 2998325 since it is going on a 71 Dart. The shroud does not fit at all. A 1” gap is not fitting. I ended up damaging the radiator removing the riv nuts, trying to get this to fit. I was making modifications based on some threads on this forum. This was my fault. I should have just returned it. They really need to tell people that factory shrouds do not fit. They now tell me the 2785614 shroud would be “better suited” for this radiator. In fairness, they did answer my emails and offered to give me a special discount on another one. I almost did, but ended up ordering a griffen exact fit that is supposed to arrive this week. I hope this one fits as it’s 2.5 times the cost of the cold case.
