Stop in for a cup of coffee

Don't think you would say that about the state wide power outages during a hard freeze in 21. The cold lasted 9 days with a couple of them being bitterly cold with freezing rain. Don't remember what the actual lows were. I grew up in the north east but have been here since 63 and don't remember being this cold up north. 200 people died from it and Texas Parks and Wildlife said more than 3.8m fish were killed along the coast line. North Texas sees cold weather just about every winter but south and south east Texas doesn't. There have been some pretty cold winters here from time to time but nothing like what happened in 21. It totally shut down the whole state!
