I haven't responded to this thread in a while but just wanted to update everyone. I went ahead an got the Trick Flow 190 heads and intake. I also have a Victor 340. Got a great deal on scat rods with ARP 2000 bolts. Haven't chose a piston yet but leaning toward Mahle 16cc dished pistons, 11 something compression, and maybe upgrading to a forged crank. I'll let the professionals chose the cam but it's gonna be a roller. Goal is 540-560hp. I've seen the 1 5/8-1 3/4 header make the power I want.

I think you're right where ya want. I would absolutely suggest a forged crank. Not an Eagle, either. From my own experience, I don't think the Trick Flow's will support much more, unless someone does some work on them. Had 'em, ran 'em........sold 'em. I run a solid roller .640/.640 , 259/265 @ 50. Love it.

That's just my experience. Certainly not bashing anything.
