Weather Stripping 69 Dart

You won't have to buy the second item on your list, (It's for a convertible) & the last item is for a 2-door coupe, you need 4 door sedan weatherstripping. Remember, 4 door weatherstrip is different than 2-door. Have a GOOD PRO GLASS guy do the windshield weatherstripping, it is not an easy job, especially if you've never done it before, & must be done right, besides, having the right tools to do this job helps a lot. Make sure they know how to do gasketed windshields too, usually old school guys know what's needed to do the job right. The other things you can do yourself, just take your time, clean everything good before installing new gaskets. Door gaskets just clip into place, (New clips should be supplied with new gaskets) trunk weatherstrip is glued in place & this is what takes most of your time cleaning up before installing the new gasket. Gasket should start & end at the bottom of the trunk, by the latch. 3M Super weatherstrip is very good for this, buy a tube. The other thing you should probably do is the wiper pivot seals, they tend to dry up & leak causing water to get inside the car, behind the dash & onto the floor, rotting the floor. It's another PITA job because you have to access them from under the dash & there not a lot of working room. Detroit Muscle Technologies (DTM) probably has everything for this job & can help you out if you have any questions. Classic Industries can be hit or miss sometimes. Just my 2 cents.
