Yes... 4 pieces is all that's required for the back window.
Unfortunately, I can't flip over the tops of the trim pieces that I still do have (the sections that cover the top and the sides of the back window) since they're already installed on the car. I wouldn't want to risk creasing or denting them.
I simply need the bottom trim pieces which I indicated with an arrow.
