Redline or Not

I paid about $1500 for the Cragars (with incorrect lug nuts) and new radial T&A raised brown letters several years ago for my convertible. And thought it was a good deal. The JC Penny tire store cracked one of the hubs on my ‘65 Go-Go coupe in ‘66 and they wanted me to pay $50 for it. A call from my insurance agent convinced them to pay for it.
