C-bodies and vans / trucks up to 88 were large sector shaft. B-body V8 cars had bearings instead of bushings and were much easier to steer then the A-body cars. Look for a b-body box with bearings. Or a c-body/van
Does this apply for aftermarket boxes as well. Also am i correct you can use power steering column with after market manual box as they make ones with a longer adapter so no need to swap the column
