Hemi elec water pump and alternator help

So i have decided to go manual steering, to clean the bay up and also give my self more header clearance. Also saves me nearly a grand in parts like the borgeson unit, custom lines and pump etc.
I have also deleted the ac, as it will again clutter up the engine bay and honestly on my other weekender I don't think have used the ac in ten years.
So i had been thinking whats the best way to have a neat set up as i know deleting accessories makes belt set up a bugger and you need to retain some pulleys for tension. So why not just run a electric water pump and just the alternator to harmonic balancer set up? Am i missing something?

So it would run like this, also the added advantage of i can have the water pump run on after car switched off etc. Again i think will also look a bit better than the mechanical pump as well.
Am i correct that i then can simply run the belt as shown, however as i type this i am thinking how would i tension the belt?
