What's hilarious to me is, I never said how fast we were GOING, only what the speedometer read. Yet I get roasted for telling a true story. Sure, I remember the car fondly, and yeah, I agree that it probably wasn't truly as fast as all us young dumb kids thought, but we were having fun. I love how all the experts come out. Hell, I've had Vixen up to about 125 (by the speedometer). She was spinnin right below 6K. Maybe 5800 or so? But I guess that's bullshit, too. I think this'll be the last time I share anything like this here. I have a lot more, too.

Ya never know, but it is exhilarating. My 95 Twin Turbo RT Stealth could fly, had it going down hill at 130 still in forth gear (6 speed) then realized how stupid that was on a narrow country 2 lane road. Plenty of side roads and hidden driveways for some old farmer to pop out of, death for sure. Had many fast cars since (GT 500, 99 Vette Z06, currant SRT Challenger) but not going to test my luck again being 75. The old cars I had were fast but nearly as fast as todays hot cars
