Please look at historical fires in California with major loss. For example the Paradise or Erskine fires. Major loss of property and a few D 4's and a few chainsaws are no help.

LA City and or County using Dozers merely to push abandoned vehicles out of the damn way.

Get a grip with the reality of the magnitude of a heavily populated area and the circumstances thereof.
