What timing cover are you using with a 7.3 inch damper

That's what I was thinking. Probably a good spot to mark on the oil pan. :rolleyes:

May have already been said but just set the motor to TDC, find a spot where you can bolt that thing somewhere else on unobscured and remark the balancer for TDC to line up to its zero mark.
