Some pictures to help you see whats in there. I thought about doing the same thing on the new race car.
On the Duster for a 3 1/2 exhaust through the indents, I used four 3 1/2 mandrel bent turn downs . Slid one on the header and another backwards then turned and twisted so they exited through the indent provide on the car and welded them. They still slid on each side. I Did not use clamps, Just (Tabs) so the system slipped off easy
