I want to buy custom 1973-76 front disk rotors redrilled to small bolt pattern 7/16 lugs
The 7/16 lugs are going to be the hardest want to fulfill. SSBC brakes are made to be either big or small bolt pattern, but either way uses 1/2" lugs. Wilwood also offers a front disc setup that can be either big or small bolt pattern....with 1/2" lugs. Either one of those setups adapt to A body 10" drum spindles.
