Guns, Dogs and Blades QnA

I guess I'm old-fashioned or just plain old. I'm all about pretty wood and bluing. I understand the benefits of synthetic stocks and all the new metal coatings but I am still a traditionalist. My stepson gave me an old MEC 600 Jr. 12-gauge press that I refurbished. Shotgun shell reloading is a whole different ball game from centerfire rifle and pistol. Down the rabbit hole I go!
Purchased components yesterday and followed a recipe in the reloading handbook. They cycle nicely in my 1897 Winchester Black Diamond trap gun. I'll have to do a pattern at the range when the weather is nicer. Making up some 5 shot rounds for busting squirrels (aka tree grizzlies.)

My opinion that is the best shotgun shell reloader on the planet! I hard mounted mine to a cutting board then clamp to the table similar to yours. That press is still fully supported for aftermarket parts. I am rocking mine now in preparation of trap season! The gold tube looking thing in LH corner is a size checker which I find invaluable for all aspects of reloading. Your shell don’t drop in it is not right!
