Working as a civilian was definitely different than managing people in the USAF. Civilians don't seem to have the same motivations as we had in the military! Maybe it's just the younger generation??? Who knows! I missed the discipline and structure we shared in the military. People actually did what they were told! LOL...........Thanks for your comment!
