Stop in for a cup of coffee

I can't take enough photos to show the house. It will be a fun house when they get it all set up. They don't have a ton of furniture but that's ok. Neither did we when we started. They haven't move much of anything in yet. The previous owner was a professional paistry chief and the kitchen is to die for.

Home prices are nuts these days. I made a HUGE mistake in 2008.
In November of 08, I had the chance to buy a 5 bedroom, 3 bath, half basement sitting on just under an acre, 58,000.
it had been foreclosed on and the previous owners punched holes in the wall and stripped out electrical wiring. Needed about 50k worth of work. I offered 38,000, bank accepted but at closing, the inspection report was revealed the HVAC also needed replaced, so I backed out. Stupidly as I had a gov job, it was stable and I had zero bills at the time. It sold in 2021 for 425,000…..
