looking for 73 340 block
I just bought two 340 blocks that fall in that date. One has no VIN at all. I'm building that one. The other is very rusted. It doesn't have a vin on the pad by the oil pan but it does by the where the head bolts on and I can't read it. I have posted pictures of the one I'm willing to part with but the VIN numbers are hard to read. I had it checked out and there are no cracks. It has main caps with it as well. It is standard bore but will need some sleeves and three helicoils. I have no history on them because I bought them in a package deal. If this will work out for you let me know. I'll sell it for what I have in it because I'm never gonna use it.
