Does this sound right

I Get that Indy heads are obviously bigger than an Edelbrock head, etc.
And that they will move the power band up. I also get that the cam is far from the only dictator of where max power is. But it is a factor.
My point was, the small cam is going to act as a governor to where peak power will get made.
6800 just si eemed higher to me than I would have thought. Indy head or not
Just an fyi I had two small block stroker motors : the first was a R3 block at 408 c.i. with pretty much out of the box Indy heads , a 590 lift mechanical cam at 9.8 to 1 compression it made 502 tq and 527 hp and peak tq and hp was around 6400 , I sold it when the crank cracked. my second and current 410 c.i. 360 Magnum block 9.5 to 1 compression , ancient W2 heads and Victor W2 intake , 585/595 lift cam made 520 tq and 547 hp again peak tq and hp were around 6400
