Fuel tank replacement with EEC

Hey guys. I've got a question about a 1970 dart I am currently restoring. I need to replace the fuel tank, and the car has EEC system with the 4 vent lines and the filter in the trunk. Well, I have a replacement tank from classic industries without EEC for a 1970 and the opening for the filler tube is off about 1.5 inches towards the front of the car. See pictures. It seems the only aftermarket tank will work is one with ECC system and it moves the opening towards the back where the original tank opening was. So, my question is can I simply plug all 4 vents and run a vented filler tube (which I have from a 69 and it seems to fit), or will that cause any pressure or vacuum issues?
