My search for a shorty D100 is over
After 3/4 days of rainy, crappy weather the storm passed and today was beautiful. Spent the majority of the day working on the driver side floors. Finished welding patches, ground down all the welds, then treated the remaining rust, then primed and sanded till I was happy with em. Not show car stuff but good enough. Still in primer currently so tomorrow I’ll lay down some white then I can start installing the sound deadening and get the carpet in. I got my girl (affectionatly named by @junkyardhero ”Dr. Mrs. Turbo Mike) involved and she handled making an orange engine, blue. For her first paint job she did great taping and spraying and she’s happy with it so I am too. Pics from today.
