Why do you guys buy heads and then port them? Why not just buy cylinder heads that already flow what your looking for and are cnc done

Is there any/many as cast 300+ cfm sbm cylinder heads ? Even TF are ported.
We're not Chev were there's a huge range of heads for every cc and cfm range and even they get heads ported.
