Guns, Dogs and Blades QnA

On a super geeky point you are the first guy @mike240 I actually know (digitally) that is running a GT. Was the feed issues and shoulder angle the basis for your decision over the dasher or Creedmore? I am a long time admirer of the boys at GA precision or whatever they are calling themselves these days. They simply rock, I have lusted after their rifles for years, my wife and I just had a very long discussion about their equipment last month. Turned out the discussion was very one sided! Hah! I am looking at selling my Cuda and wanted to purchase a GA rifle with part of the proceeds. She used a lot of adjectives, critiqued both my lineage and heritage, and ultimately explained to me in no uncertain terms why that was not happening. Yep, I am now developing the specs for the build and the GT just keeps rising its head as the basis for the build. Against my super bias in favor of standard military calibers. Can’t wait to see how yours shoots once you get your loads developed. Keep us posted please.
I went with 6GT for the feeding without tuning mags and I already have a bunch of AICS 308 mags. Also a bit more barrel life over 6 Creed. Also needed a bit more range and speed over my 6ARC (which is a great cartridge). My Uintah bolt action upper on an AR was awesome in SD for prairie dogs.

I have a GA in 308 (FBI HRT rifle). I also have shitty shoulders nowadays and shooting hundreds of rounds a day of that is just too much anymore.
