1966 Barracuda 273 converted to a Formula S

Hello all.. I'm CudaBrain. I've had Barracuda's on my brain since I was 6 years old. My mother bought a 1966 Barracuda and we would go on car trips with the kids laid out in back, feet sticking into the trunk and watch the stars fly by. I got my 1966 Barracuda 273 in 1980 and it had 41,000 miles on it. Raced it all over St. Louis in the day. Rebuild the engine twice with my own hands. Showed it as unrestored in local car shows. (Always beat out by the brand new Cadillacs etc). Then marriage, kids, career. The car rotted in a garage for over 20 years. Finally, kids are grown and I could restore my Cuda. Always wanted to convert to Formula S. Found a shop with good reviews, but between COVID shutdowns, loss of workers, and frankly the boss getting senile, it took them 7 years to "finish" the job. Only a few problems. Electrical doesn't work, half the accelerator linkage is gone, and there is no auto trannie kickdown linkage. And a few other problems. But hey the paint job is bitchin'.

I'll be looking for parts on the other forums.
