I don’t really get excited about numbers from anyone’s bench but mine….. because those are the only ones I feel can be directly compared to……. Numbers from my bench.

That being said, I see two red flags on the numbers on that hand written sheet from IM.

1-the flow at .100 lift is considerably more on the exhaust than the intake, despite the valve being 30% smaller.

2-84cfm@.100 lift from a 1.60” valve represents 15% more flow than what the area actually will flow.

When I see things like that it makes me question the whole test.

I’ve owned a flow bench and have been testing heads since 1992, and not once have I encountered an anomaly like that.
went back and looked around a bit. #1 on your red flags seems to be maybe not so red? The pic below is from a post made by Pittsburgh Racer. Speedmasters. Check out the flow at .100. Exhaust considerably more than intake.
