Not to worry ! everything was lubed up properly.. all the upper drive train, cam lifters etc is from the previous engine that was blowing head gaskets. new engine oil system is primed already. already .
Ohh I'm not worried at all. Good luck. Cam and lifters just looked bone dry in that image. When I install a cam there's no mistaking it. You'll see the lube gooping up everywhere on the can and lifters.
