Seat cover recomendations?

Legendary is excellent, usually have a 6 month or more order back log. They get the fabric colors right for the mopar cars, no easy task.

We have a really good auto upholstery shop in Farmington MN that put on my friend's '72 Duster Buckets and Rear seat covers that were made by Legendary. Nice job fitting, they shaped up the original seat foam. And yes you are going to need to get some new paint on that that 40 year old seat frame structure. At times they have to replace some of the pushed down or broken seat springs where the driver sits.

So yeah it takes a lot of skill to get them right for color, fit, and proper function so when you sit on them they feel right. (not sitting in a hole)

I do my own seats as I was lucky to have a skilled craftsman take 3 months and teach me his craft in the early 1990s. Pickup bench seats are some of the easier ones to do, 2 big sections that wrap around and hook. Big areas to sew, not tight tucked curves.

There are highly skilled shops out there if you can find them, and the costs like autobody and paint can be shocking.

Good Luck on your hunt.
