Stop in for a cup of coffee
 I don't know what brought it to mind, but in the recent past the similarities of the Spring weather here and in the old desert homeland got my attention. Spring in the desert is wind season also with the additional free sand blasting . That I have known since the first 3 or 4 years I have been here near the beach. Something made me look at a California map. Within a few 1/100s of a degree, we are at the same latitude as Barstow, the old homeland :wtf:. So the wind hits the beach here, wanders through a couple mountain passes to the desert, picks up a large amount of fine aggregates and proceeds to remove paint, chrome, and glass across the Mojave . In June, we get June Gloom here, daily fog. Barstow gets 100degrees daily. :realcrazy: me
