1990-1993 Mopar Truck parts catalog.
1942414 is listed for the 90-91 with 5.2 liter engine.
4617191 is listed for the 92 with 3.9 engine.
4728487 is listed for the 93 with 3.9 engine.
4728487 was superseded back to the 4617191.
Only pictures of 1942414 on eBay are the aftermarket springs that you bought.
The picture of the 1942414 that looks like a coil spring is wrong which is not unusual for eBay listings.
It will be interesting to discover the differences between the 414 and the 191 springs.
