Would it help if I said I was on the train "emotionally"?
There was a guy at the Monroe Swap Meet last year with a bare set of heads, I don't remember the price but it seemed too high to me. But seeing stuff like that and buying it when I see it (and the price is right) would go a long ways towards a W2 build. To contrast that, he had a set of A-Body sport mirrors that I passed on because the $200 could go further getting my G3 swapped car on the road rather than making it look pretty. So whatever the cost of the W2's were, it was money better spent on my current project instead of a "someday" one.
I wish I could be one of those guys that stock piles stuff and has all kinds of builds in the works. But instead I am one that needs to put my limited funds towards the current project in the hope that it comes off the jack stands that much sooner.
