318 build with dyno session

NC Engine Builder said
option #1 would be stock stroke, ported speedmasters, solid flat tappet

My vote is for option 1, mostly because I have a similar build just sitting on a stand since my daughter was born and you would likely have the motor built and on the dyno before mine even makes it into the car. ( although my home port job would be much milder )
