Here is a totally freak occurrence that I would never have thought was possible.
I had an outdoor chair cushion sitting on a box on the back deck and by sheer chance, the sun reflection from two different windows on the house converged on it like a magnifying glass and melted the nylon cover.
I saw it happen. I was sitting in a chair on the other end of the deck when the sudden change in color on the cushion caught my eye. By the time I realized what was happening, it was too late.
I don’t know how far it would have gone if I didn’t grab it and move it.
