65 Dart Wagon Conversion to a Sedan Delivery
I tore apart the rear half of the console with the armrest, the cushion itself is in great shape since it’s just an armrest.
The bracket itself was filthy - the chrome pretty dirty. Not much I can do about the speckling on the chrome. I spent a ciuple of hours with some polish so it’s halfway presentable now
A previous owner likely broken one of the built in mounting pegs for the latch and substituted a #6 peg Seen on the right side of the latch
I believe if I get a #6 flathead machine bolt abd countersink the head in the bracket and possibly epoxy it in place, the new repro aluminum trim that covers that area ought to leave no trace to the repair
