Yes I want to rebuild the 318. Right now I have the 4barrel intake and carb and the headers with a true dual flow master exh. I just picked up the gears and I’ll look into the shift kit. I’ve just got a lot of different parts so I was looking for the best bang for my buck if that makes sense. I don’t want to be running from the police or have something my wife can’t drive but I would like to spin the tires and be able to be the first from a light if I want to.
Sounds like your 90% the way there, just make sure you got decent cr around 9:1 and I would shop for cams with a intake duration around 205 to 212 @ 0.050". Pick a few and people can help you narrow it from there, when in doubt buy the smaller one.
