Good thing about low cr 2bbl V8, is the 1st 50-100 hp above stock (150-200 hp) isn't too hard to get aka 4bbl headers and cam good tune above that become harder ($$$) and generally less streetable.
The two main components to make power are cam and heads, Heads basically set the engines potential and the cam among other things decides how much of that potential is gonna be realized. But cam is generally gonna effect how the engine behaves (streetablity) more than everything else.
