Stop in for a cup of coffee

No clue how your getting away with it. I'm trying to get back to normal stuff after 6 weeks and having issues.. Picked up some of the sticks down back over the weekend and put on burn pile. Sunday night I reached down and started to pull freezer drawer out. Right tricep (same area I had nerve pin) locked up in a nasty cramp. Still getting some pain behind my elbow. I don't think any actual nerve pain. but they did a stat bump up on my CT that was scheduled for April 1. Had that done last night. Initial results they posted say plate and screws are fine. Will talk with surgeons' office sometime today to get their thoughts.

Good Morning
Well they want one PT session per week. I am doing three per day. And weaned off of medications really helps. The pain is a bit tough for sure. Brings me to my knees several times a day when I do something stupid. And sleep cycles are suffering due to pain but I can catch up on sleep when I am dead. I really think in my case a lifetime of harsh physical training everyday in conjunction with never smoking truly helps. As a life long pretty competitive athlete I have had to play thru pain over and over throughout the years. By same token the relentless pounding of athletics on the shoulder is what got me into this mess to start with, so there is that! Everyone heals differently and there is darn sure not a one size fits all. You have to do what your body says to do and not listen to what works for someone else. In my case both my mind and body have been conditioned to the harsh end of the spectrum. I am not the brightest bulb in the box, how else does one become a Marine! Hah!
